One of my customers sent me the following photos of his car after he installed the StopTech 4-wheel big brake kit. I think the red calipers look fantastic under those black Gianelli wheels! I was planning to get a set of SRT8 wheels for my wife's 300C, but I'm reconsidering after seeing how nice these look.

Great placement of StopTech logo!

I wonder how those wheels would look on my wife's silver car?

Very sweet, the first set of black wheels I like. It may be just the contrast of the calipers that makes it so nice. Dave, I will be installing the SS lines today finally. I wish I had the $$ to go for the BBK, a set of forged 20s, and eibach. Oh well, I almost forgot, I'll be winning the $215 million in the Powerball tomorrow night so expect an order from me.

Hi Guys:

I want to mention that Stop Tech's are some of the best brakes made when it comes to actual performance and quality. I have been running Stop Tech's on my Viper for many years now and I track my car regularly. My braking capabilities are even better than Porsche GT2's at the track. My car was the first Viper to run Stop tech's and they are now the defacto standard among street cars and racers.

The beauty of these brakes is that you do not have to alter the OE master cylinder to make these brakes work. There engineering manager Steve Ruiz is a wonderful designer. On top of all of this, these are competitively priced.

Your customer made a great choice by going to Stop Tech's.

caliper color

For you we have silver calipers or the optional yellow! ;)

I didn't want yellow for the same reasons i didn't want red...a bit too common & too obvious...... Silver might have looked okay, but i think would have blended in with my rotors too much....

Silver is the color to pick if you want the factory look. All of my BMW Z8 customers who stayed with stock wheels also picked silver calipers:

The Z8 owners who went for aftermarket wheels, tended to go for more eye-popping caliper colors. For example, this supercharged Z8 went with yellow 8-piston Brembo brakes:

This car even made the cover of several magazines. Check out the October 2004 issue of BMW Car Magazine
