Why not just call the parts department at your local dealership???!!! They'll even tell you the retail price.

You can't just call. The dealer told me that they need a Vin # in order to get a part's #. They also said they havent had an 8 in yet and he thought they were AWD. We all know more then anyoff these dealers. It's kind of scary isnt it.

Thanks Matt.

The price wasnt that Bad. Not if there real profomanc sturts.

I don't know if I'd call the struts "Total performance" struts. They're really more of a trade off....They perform well enough yet still make the car feel like a luxury car.

Another member and I had the same opinions before we went to the SRT Track Experience. We were both thinking we would upgrade our suspension in the future....That is until we saw and felt how well the CSRT-8 perfromed with stock suspension.

Believe me, there's no need to upgrade. The car with stock suspension is WAY more than ANY average street driver can handle.

SO your saying that the 8 Sturts if you can get them and if they fit would be perfect for the C unless you going to the track!

Considering how well the stock 8 suspension works on the track I'd say it's good for both the street and the track.

My only point was that you could probably buy BETTER suspension than what the 8 has, but then the ride on the street would be too rough. It's a trade off.

You'll love it either way. I have NO complaints about how my 8 handles on the street or the track and it's STILL a nice soft ride.

The Charger springs are stiffer than the C-SRT-8. Has onyone thought about just buying the Charger parts? It's a direct swap, and has been fully tested on the car already. It won't lower the car more, but it will stiffen it up.

Where talkin the Struts here. Are they stiffer or stronger then the c-8?
My understanding is that the whole setup on the Charger SRT-8 was designed to be about 25% firmer than on the 300 SRT-8. Beyond that, I can't tell you specifics about the struts or springs.
