All 300 owners of 300cforums.com are cordially invited to participate in a bi-monthly meet every 4th Sunday of the even months (Feb,Apr,Jun,Aug,Oct,Dec). This will be a great time for everyone with planned contests, awards, prizes, spectators, etc. Best of all, a chance to meet your fellow 300 owners that you regularly "talk" to here on the forum!

There will be a clearly marked off area and we'll start at approx. 11:00 am. We will likely follow that up by moving over to the very first ever Hooters across the street for some wings, beverages, and good fun!

VIP cards from Hooters

Each participant in the Tampa Bay Clearwater meet will receive a VIP card from Hooters. The card is good for 25% off of you tables order (up to 4 guests) for the months of June/July.

I will try to acquire these VIP cards for each participant at every meet we have.

See ya there!

You must register...

... if you want to participate in the meet for prizes, and "Best in Show" competition - no exceptions! This is because of the ballot format I'm going with for the voting (I have to have participant names).
You can still show up without registering, but you will not be guaranteed a space (but I don't see a problem with space at this time) and you will not be eligible for the "Best in Show" award (as voted by the participants and spectators).

Cost of entry: FREE!

Check out this thread...

All proceeds will go to United Cerebral Palsy of Central Florida.

Hopefully, we'll see you there....!!! :friday:

Dec 11th meeting was a success...

Weather was "drizzly" and cool - but I think we all had a good time just the same. I understand how those who did not show felt and it's too bad they were not there.
Props to Anthony (MakaveliFasion) for being there (what a SWEEET kick his sound system has - gotta write this up and give us a chance to do the same on ours)! The final count came to 3x 300s and 5x R/Ts (no Mags!). The R/Ts were truely a nice addition (we may have to give them this meet as they plan to keep adding to the gang). I can't say enough about these fellas - and I'd recommend you don't mis February, as they will be there in full force. I'm bad on names, but I did get a card from Bobby Caruana of UAR Performance and his R/T was over-the-top. I'm going to ask him to maybe do a "show" program on performance tips and maybe bring some products to show off and tell us about.
We also had a new-comer couple from Windsor, Ontario in their Lava 300C (nice Mopar jackets folks!)
I'm sorry to say that I didn't bring the camera to share some pix with... sorry.

You all have a great Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanza, or whatever is the reason for the season. Be safe! I hope we'll find you all there in Feb (which outta be a real full house as we are just getting some momentum - I'm betting on 20+ LX rides)

We need to make sure for the Feb. meet that we have one place (this thread) that we can get an idea of a head count. I know the weather was kinda crappy, but I would of come if I thought anyone was coming. Out of 3 forums, only one person had confirmed. I know Goose and his Dad woulda came if they knew a few people were coming. What do you all think?

It's a good idea - communication will help to build better M&G events. I will coordinate the information on these sites (since I am a member of all 3 and have been responsible to make the meets happen):

300CForums.com (here)
LXForums.com
ChargerForums.com

I'll post that information on occassion - especially as we draw closer to that date.

Thanks for the great suggestion Todd!

I'm the one that's been helping on the LXforums to generate interest, I think we met @ the one in August, I used my MOPAR coffee mug this morning!

Let me know what I can do to help for the Feb. meeting, if it doesn't rain, it should be HUGE!

A sugestion would be that Somebody makes a Contact list.

Im willing to make a spread sheet of peoples information. It will be strictly for M&G's ONLY.

Have everybody on all 3 forums that are interested send the following information. (Im in all 3)

Screen Name:
Real Name:
Car:
Email:
Phone #:

That way we can send an email to everybody that has shown interest.
