Hello everyone!!!
I would like to greatly thank one of out users, CMYSRT8, for giving me the call today about his SRt8 rolling on to the dealer lot... and then letting me and my friend Taras get a feal for it behind the wheel... :banana: :banana: :banana:
I gotta admit this is the nicest car I have ever been in... I could go on for hours trying to explain what it fealt like... but it still would not be like the fealing you would have behind the wheel of one...
It fealt like it wanted to tear the road apart...

By the way I got a chance to testdrive a Magnum RT later that night and gotta tell ya... the 8 is about 10 times as good as the RT in any way...
So....

THANK YOU CMYSRT8 FOR LETTING ME AND MY FRIEND HAVE THE PLEASURE TO FIRST SEE THE CAR THEN GET A RIDE IN ONE... AND FOR LETTIN US SEAT BEHIND THE WHEEL OF ONE!!!

By the way talked to my dealer today... and the manager said he would try and get me the SRt8 Magnum before the end of summer!!!

Only problem is, being black, it gets dirty real fast! My first day owning it, and after driving it for only half a day, it already shows the dust quite bad.....guess I'll just have to clean it a lot . Maybe silver is the way to go...but black looks so bad :newangel: .

Hey Daryl i got a question for you...
You said that you've owned a CTS-V and now you own the 8
How would you compare both of these cars?...
I know that you would prefer the 8 due to the autotrany... But from what you've got a taste on both cars... how do they compare?

Nope, never owned it....but I did put a deposit down on one of the first CTS-Vs to come to Calgary, subject to test drive....What a great car! When it finally came in, I gave it up 'cause of my arm injury uch: ....driving a stick is real bad for me...otherwise I think the CTS-V is a great car! Do you like driving a stick?....'cause I think the CTS-V would be real fun car for that!
