Ernie from 402 motoring just did mine . I went with the medium tint and love that I kept my factory lights.......just improved them....in my opinion . Service and turnaround time was excellent as was the quality of the tint . Good luck , Mike. Here is some links.....................

ya the lights shows up well through it - its just a layer of black with a clear on top of it - during the day looks black but at night looks about the same as without the tint - id go medium just to stay out of the coppers way ya know what i mean? but ive had mine for over a year and have never had any problems

I recommend jonstintedtails also. He did mine color matched brilliant black metallic in medium tint and they look great. With little to no sunlight they match the car perfect. Any sunlight in the tails exposes the red a little bit, but they still look good. And when pushing the brakes, the light shines through just fine, and also when the parking lights are on, looks like they're not even tinted. I'd go medium, but I haven't seen medium/dark or dark in person. If the light still shines through really good, then they'll work too. I'd just hate to get greedy and go dark and get rear ended from someone that couldn't see my brake lights!!!!

jonstintedtails does great work, got mine from jon, medium/light with clear strip exposed, and I love them. The lights shine thru just fine, but if your still worried or want to get darker tint then just get a led to replace your bulbs which is what I'm doing. Make sure you get color matched led so if it's red lights then get a red colored led. As for the turn signal I'm just replacing it with silver bulb unless you want to mess with adding resistor to use with the led for turn signal .

I bought mine at autolumination.com part # 3157 just in case. I bought the tower case II , haven't recieved it yet. I'm sure there are other places for leds but this place works for me :) if you want to replace your turnsignal for front and rear so that the yellow eggyok look is gone, but still lights amber when on, there's stealthauto.com or silverbulb.com. I just installed stealthauto bulb for front turn signal and I must say it was the easiest mod I've done, took me less than 5 min. Of course it helped that i have small thin hand and aftermarket CAI.

I'd tell you, but with my car, you usually have to be in it to put it in reverse!!

Just playing man, I've seen mine and they look fine. The darker it is outside, the brighter the light will show up, but during the day, you'll be fine too. Maybe you can set a timer on a camera and take a pic or get someone to put the car in reverse and check it out???
