Autoblog’s intrepid SEMA sleuth Eric ran into Tom Zondervan of Tommy Z Designs, who is showing this impressive new take on his Chrysler 300C styling package. While he’s been adding his subtle restyling touches to 300s with molded composite pieces since earlier this year, a close look at this silver on silver example reveals that the body kit is fabricated out of brushed stainless steel!

It’s beautifully done, and for this car, it works very well indeed.

fatchance called me today from SEMA and said he met Tommy there and will have more pics when he returns. He's having a blast by the way! :)

Linda,

That brushed stainless steele would look quite good on our bright silver C's. I'm not too sure if I like the exhaust tail, though. It reminds me of a huge vacuum attachment. I am excited that there has been so much interest shown in the modifications for the 300, Magnum and Charger. I never once thought of mods. when I owned by two Avalons. All the posted SEMA photos have been great, almost making me feel as if I was there.

I think the front dam and side panels might look good as is on a midnight blue pearl... but I'm with bruno on that exhaust vacuum wand... I can just see Tom and Jerry going round and round with that!

Hmmm....I like the center exhaust actually, but the body kit isn't as clean as some I have seen:

thanks for the complements and the criticism ,
we do that exhaust on all our 300s , its the way the kit is built.
the piece is totally handmade stainless steel.

The kit at sema is all made from stainless steel as well , we are doing a polished version right now , the one at the show was brushed finish.

the wheels are from giovanna wheels , they are MASS 8 - a 22by8.5 and a 22by 10.5 in rear ,with specially made giovanna edition tires 265/ and 295/ in the rear.

everyone loves the way the exhaust sounds and it looks even better, we are building our product line for 06 currently and hope to regain the top slot once again in the LX vehicle line up.

thanks

WHAT IS 150K???
That is a lot of money... very expensive!!! TommyZ is a pioneer and innovative designer. He is always try some thing new and I feel he's really on to something. Using stainless steel (brushed or polished) I think is a stroke of genius. Its hard to see in these pics but the roof of the car is stainless steel also, its hard to see with the silver car too. I would love to see this kit polished on a black car, roof and all...That would be sick!!!!! keep on innovating Tommy, that's what artists do!!!!!
