I was over at the edmunds forum and read this. I'll have to contact my dealer next week and see if they heard of it.

My car has a vibration in it between 52 to 58mph when driving on a level road. I was suppose to drop it off on Tuesday but the dealer called and said that there was a TSB that just came out. They have to replace three peaces of the exhaust system which they have to order.I hope that this will fix the problem I already had the tranns control Modula replaced

Thanks for the heads up. I'll make the phone call Monday morning.

Thanks for the heads up C-Man, rather than contact the clueless dealer I am going to call DC and find out. There is a light at the end of the tunnel, I just hope it's not a train. If this pans out, I'll be the first to say I told you so in the other thread, I don't agree that this vib is "normal".

Now this is what I wanted to hear. I hope it is right! It's a good sign that the parts replaced (pieces of the exhaust system) would be the parts that would need to be replaced if the cause was what my dealer told me it was (as quoted from Chrysler). Well - maybe Chrysler does read this board - wouldn't it be nice to believe that this issue was addressed because they cared about the satidfaction of their loyal customers?

I will also be in contact with my dealer on Monday to find out if he knows of this TSB...

II Kings- It is a possibility the entire exhaust itself is resonating at the frequency the chassis produces at those speeds. The "pieces" they are talking about adding to the exhaust may be weights or hangers with dampers on them to change the frequency that cause the exhaust to "sing". I know we're talking about Chrysler here, but I am holding optimism that all will be well with this well engineered transmission built by my friends in Kokomo Indiana.

C-Man....

Could you please call your dealer and get the specifics on this "TSB?" If true it is something many of us have been waiting for but so far your service guy seems to be the only one with knowledge. If it exists how can we reference it to our own service departments? Thanks....

C-Man, there's just one thing we need....

The TSB number....

We can give it to our dealers and they can look this up, and if not, can call chrysler and ask for a fax with that TSB on it.
