The flasher appears to be an integral part of the instrument panel, which is also the body computer.

Anyhow know where to find/access the turn signal flasher on a 300C?

The FCM (Front Control Module), in the right front corner of the engine compartment, controls the flashing of the front and rear lights. It gets inputs from the CAN and performs all the functions. There is no flasher like in the old cars. Regards, Bob.
