Dealer Installed U-Connect

I have a dealer installed u-connect. Everything works great except the mic volume. Are there any adjustments or any modifications that can be done to amplify the mic volume? Thanks.

Hi, Thanks for the warm welcome it will take us a couple of days to respond to your questions until next week. Starting then we will answer your questions a few times a day. To answer the most popular question of how much? Its 400 dollars for the conversion unit and the work. The price includes overnight shipping back to you. How it works? You ship the unit to us, we modify it usually same day and it leaves overnight UPS. When you get it back the unit will have a wire coming out of the unit to this wire you will connect our conversion piece (10 seconds). The conversion interface has one video input (RCA) and a switch you would then connect the positive and the ground and you are ready to play DVD’s or connect any other source. The DVD and other sources are separate and will cost extra if you buy them from us. You will also need an fm module or an auxiliary input for the sound as well. We recommend icon TV wireless fm module all it requires is a positive accessory and ground wires to be connected. If you can make it to Brooklyn New York we can do the whole install for $700 with all parts (converter, DVD, fm module, and wiring.) and labor included we have over 7 DVD players from which you can choose. Please feel free to ask questions and you can also get answers by calling 718-851-4817 9am-6pm EST.

What type of electrical load does this place on the vehicle's electrical system? How many amps does it draw? Will it screw up the EQ curve that is set for the REC? Do you reflash the REC or Amp to hold a better EQ curve to enhance DVD audio?
