I have a 300C AWD on order and am planning on putting 22" wheels with 265/35 tires on it. The wheels I had in mind are the TIS 07, 22x8 with a 40mm offset. My questions are A) will it fit? B) with this wheel and offset will it still sit within or at least flush with the fenders? ('cause I don't want them to stick out).

One other thing I am planning on doing as well is lowering it using Eibach's Pro-Kit for the AWD that is due out in the next month or so, so it will be dropped 1.3 front/1.5 rear, which should bring the wheel gap just less than the RWD models.

After doing some further talking with my local tire shop they tell me a 265/35 will not fit on an 8" wide rim and suggested I go to a 255/30 or 245/30.

Is there anyone that is running 265/35 on a 22x8 rim? Also is there such a tire as a 255/35/22 or 245/35/22? What kind of tire was intended for the TIS 22x8 for the AWD 300c? I would rather not go as low as a 30 profile.
