Capital it was! I had no idea it was case sensitive!

The only way I know is by going onto the cite and clicking on each VIN, it will then give you info: on that VIN. I don't know why you can't get on the cite with # C9862, I've got on 3/4 times tonight.

Thanks for letting me know about putting the C in front of my dealer code #, my guy did not tell me this. My car is now in KZ as of the 28th and is suppose to be shipped on the 31st, with arrival at the dealership on the 11th of June. Hope this works out, but at least now I can trace it. Thanks everyone!!!
