You need to keep holding the button up for 3 seconds after it is all the way up, this re-programs the auto up switch- it will work. It is also listed in the car's manual as aprocedure when battery is disconnected.Ken Lally said:

One correction.......you need to hold it up for 2 seconds when it is all the way up then immediatley hold the button down all the way until it is fullt down, make sure you hold the button down all the way down past the second click.Johnny Vig said:No doubt they disconnected the battery.....you will be fine...
