Hi All.
I have just read through all 68 pages of this thread (and it has been very informative, thanks guys!), but I can't seem to find the answer to some of my questions.
I'm thinking of purchasing a 2014 SRT 300 here in Perth, Australia.
I would love to fit the biggest tyres possible on the back for aesthetics. I read in the thread that someone put 305's on the back. A heap have put on 275's, but I would like to go bigger.
But what tyre size would be ideal for the front? I don't want to put any stress on the steering components.
I understand shaving the suspension bolt and rolling the guards is pretty much a must.
I also understand people are fitting 10's all round. Just to clarify, am I better off putting 9's on the front with smaller tyres, or 10's all round are ok?
Any info/pics would be much appreciated.

Duane :)

Hi guys, I just bought 2007 300c, and am planning on adding 24s. Anyone know where I can get cheap but good quality rims and tyres in london?

Thanks,
Riz

Ill keep searching but I'm hoping for some help....

I have a 2007 Chrysler 300C AWD

a guy has a set of 24" Dub edition rims that are currently on his 2005 Dodge Magnum AWD. He says the wheels fit on his car now with no issues at all.

If that is the case, wouldn't they bolt right up to my car? or is the inner fender wells of these two cars possible issue? I'm trying to find out the exact rim size and back spacing now. But I'm curious if anybody knows right away if they will fit or not.

Thanks!!

Steverfh - that looks good. That's loooow! You have to be rubbing? At least with passengers? What did you do with the wheel liner? When I rolled my fenders it don't tuck up in there now and rubs a little on the tire.

henny300 - you should be fine without rolling unless you lower it. If you do look up eastwood fender roller on youtube. You can rent them and you yourself or if you can find a shop the prices differ greatly. $200 is a good price for a shop.
Did you have to put spacers on your wheels?? I'm getting the exact wheels

24' asanti 504

These all look like some sweet rides. im looking to put 24's on a 300c awd. im just looking for pointers and things to look out for. after reading ive gathered that alot of bolt shaving is being done, so i will research more about that. any other help you can give me will be much appreciated. i moved from texas to canada so i have to consider going back and forth from my customs to my winter tires which would be mounted on the factory rims

24" mods

Hello, I'm new here just bought a 2014 300s and was thinking bout running 24's after I seen one in Memphis this morning with 24's. My question is do you have to shave or grind like on the 1st gen LX cars? I had a Dodge Magnum with 24's and air ride which was my previous ride. I just love my new car so much I'm nervous about cutting and grinding on my new baby. I had to shave the bolt on the upper control arm and the control arm itself when I put the wheels on back then. Any info would be greatly appreciated...

Ok...i would like to go with 24" like all you guys.
What you can suggest without spacers? 24x10 or 24x9.5 +15?

who is here in 2024?

wanted to share my experience with rim/tire combinations that were giving me pain for the last year

i got a 2007 300c srt8

Had vibrations on my hellcat 20s at 80+mph, on Michelin all season tires

Had 9.5 inch width rim in the front on 275 tires and 11 inch width rim in the rear with 315 tires

Changed the entire front end and still was having vibrations and shacking at 80+mph

Never thought that having 275 tires in the front would be an issue

Decided to go with 24x9 +15offset DUB Honcho rims on 255/30/24 tires all around and with no spacers and finally solved the vibration/shacking at 80+mph

If you have any front rims over 9inches and mixed with 275 tires, you will be shacking

read this entire thread and want to thank everyone for sharing

and yeah the whip looks sick
