You may be right, just a ridiculous idea to cover the high performance brakes with a cheap caliber cover found on every not-top-of-the-line vehicle.

Minus those, car looks great. Makes me want to get my stock rims refinished and powdercoated again

Cant say ive seen too many of these covers (MGP) on the road mate. Powdercoating is the way to go.

With the look I think your after I'd wrap the bonnet, roof and boot but that's me....
Looking good.
...that would be too much and not the look im after. I did consider doing the roof but have not ruled it out.

Ok at this angle the hood strip doesn't look to bad really. But I'm still on the fence about it ha. I really like that grill with the red around it. Looks sweet!
...me too.

I think it's subtle enough to make you notice without being over the top. The red at the bottom of the grill really makes it. What have you used to do that?
...the red line wraps all the way around the grill. Pin stripped. Look closely at the matching red line on the mirrors.

I quite like the stripe actually. Whats the badge thing on the wing/wheelarch behind the front wheel? (it may be standard for all I know, but we dont get gen 2 SRT8 over here)
...not standard, a design im playing with in vinyl.

Very nice, what rims are those?

...stock rims which have been stripped, powder coated and swapped out the chrysler wheels caps for the genuine Mopar ones.

These were originally factory PVD wheels. I did some research also and there is no one I could find in Victoria who has the facilities to do PVD work on a larger scale such as wheels. PVD is the process for "true" Black Chroming.

Part Number...

Ah, an amerihood eh? Tell me how the fitting went, and the washer holes, and the painting, and if you put anything on the underside... and. lol, that's probably enough.

Expecting mine in a day or two.

I like that white caliper covers and SRT lettering on the tyres better than the orange. Good job.
...your getting an Amerihood also? Washer holes will make you a little nervous, get a good painter, nothing underneath!!
