I dont know why there is so much hatin going on :worried: for example Knoc did the other phantom conversion and everyone is on his nutz. I bring up the idea of doing another style of the same conversion he did and all I hear is POSER this, POSER that.. its only ok if I do a full blown custom car like his etc etc... not once has anybody said anything about the question I had in regards to the bodywork. I didnt come to ask permission to do it but for info or help...
Um, because Knoc didn't parade it as a 'Rolls Royce Phantom Conversion'. Suck it up dude, you're trying to turn one car into another, your photochopping RR logos and ornament onto the grille was evidence of that. People who re-badge their cars as something they aren't are held in very low esteem on this forum.

In regards to the bodywork, it looks bloated and ugly. The headlights look wierd, although that may be the angle of the camera. The foglights are riding up higher than a tax worker's underpants, and are severely wall-eyed. The Phantom's foglights sit almost flush with the bumper, whilst the 'conversion' has them directly under the headlights. The lower bumper piece is far too thick, and warped as hell. To be honest it looks like exactly what it is, cutting the face off one car, and forcibly deforming it so it can fit around the skull of the hapless car it's been stapled to.

dude.... just admit it. pretending your car is a rolls doesn't make it so. does an SRT badge make a touring an srt? not by a long shot.

does an ///M badge make a 318i an M?

of course not

does a rolls royce front make your chrysler a rolls?

hell to the nahhh.

just live with what your car is and accept that it is a unique (and award winning) car rather than try and emulate everything it's not.

you're crying to us about calling you a poser but what you wanna do is posing.
