Control arms

I have a 2005 300c awd. I had my garage replace both front control arms. Drove away onto the hwy and almost lost it twice. Handles very wishy washy and wont stear straight on ice. What the hell did they do. Any ideas

Yep, get an alignment. Don't know why they would say you don't need one.

And exactly what did you have replaced? You said front control arms - but that could be one of two (or three) things...

The upper control arm is that wishbone arm that is on top of your knuckle, as seen...

And as far as the lower control arm, it actually could be one of two things. Because Chrysler calls them different things than a lot of manufacturers (and auto shops). Most people call that front angled bar the lower control arm, believe it or not. But according to Chrysler, they call it the tension strut. And the large middle lower bar that the strut assembly attaches to is called the lower control arm. Here's a pic...
